7 Chakra Singing Bowl

See how singing bowls are linked to Mongolian shamanic practices

Originating in Mongolian shamanic traditions, certain types of Tibetan singing bowls have reportedly been used in sacred and mystical rituals for over 5,000 years. At the time, these bowls were made entirely of copper and were originally everyday objects—often used as kitchen utensils. Shamans adopted them for their ability to produce resonant tones that seemed to echo the sounds of nature—tones they believed could reach the spirit world. Over time, these bowls spread to the Himalayan regions, especially among Tibetan priests of the Bön religion, and were later embraced by Buddhist monks. Today, singing bowls continue to symbolise a link between humans and the spiritual realm and are widely used for meditation and mind-focused healing practices. Connect with a time-honoured tradition—add a Tibetan singing bowl to your practice today.

Meditate and calm yourself with a singing bowl

According to reliable sources, Tibetan bowls are percussion instruments that are especially valued in wellness settings, including alternative and complementary care. Made from blends of metals such as copper, gold, and tin, the acoustic waves of these bowls—whether metal or crystal—are said to interact with the body’s energies and invite deep relaxation. According to a 2016 study by the University of San Diego, Tibetan singing bowls may help listeners improve sleep in cases of insomnia and reduce stress levels. After a stressful day, few things feel better than taking time to unwind before bed—especially when that fatigue adds up day after day. That’s why the singing bowl is often recommended for balancing energy flow and creating a soothing meditation atmosphere. Think of the Tibetan singing bowl as a powerful tool to support your well-being.

Immerse yourself in an oasis of sound relaxation with the Tibetan quartz crystal singing bowl

Unlike traditional singing bowls made from metal, quartz crystal bowls produce clear, bell-like tones. This unique sound, combined with their reputation for balancing the body’s energies, makes each high-quality crystal bowl ideal for realigning chakras and creating spiritual experiences that soothe the heart, body, and mind. Of course, their pure, elegant look alone doesn’t explain why they’re so popular in meditation practices. In 2018, the Zurich Institute of Lithotherapy conducted a study on this type of instrument and found that their soothing vibrations can immediately reduce anxiety and improve well-being. If you want to bring a deeper energetic dimension to your meditation, treat yourself to a quartz crystal bowl. Find peace with a single strike.

Learn how to use crystal singing bowls to purify your chakras

Made from pure quartz powder, the singing bowls in this range are crafted by melting the material to form the crystal that becomes the instrument’s foundation. Known for its energetic properties in lithotherapy, quartz is believed to amplify the energy of nearby stones. In singing bowls, that same principle is associated with stronger acoustic vibrations, helping users work more deeply on chakra-related energy blockages. As a result, this musical instrument is ideal for sound healing and can be used for sound baths or sound massage sessions. Energy healers may also use it to deepen their connection with their clients’ spirit. Experience the purity of crystal bowls to help purify your chakras and elevate your energetic well-being to the next level.
