A French instrument with a unique design
Drawing inspiration from everything around him, Sébastien sets no limits on his imagination, creating kalimbas with ever more unique and innovative designs. Here, this skilled craftsman hand-cut a star shape into the center of the wooden body and named it “Graine de vie dorée” (“Golden Seed of Life”). A beautiful way to honor nature and a striking motif that enhances this high-quality thumb piano.
Support this Occitan artisan’s professional success
Competition can sometimes be tough for small French retailers and artisans trying to earn a living from their passion and know-how. Buying a kalimba from France means supporting Sébastien’s work and helping revitalize local commerce in a village of just over 1,000 people. A meaningful way to promote and stand behind craftsmanship made in France.
Finally, an instrument that is easy for anyone to play, even without musical knowledge
Do you dream of playing beautiful melodies on a musical instrument as soon as possible? Then choose the kalimba. Everything about this instrument has been designed to help you get started. Each key corresponds to a single note, and the sheet music naturally shows the order in which they should be played. No need to decipher complicated music theory—you’ll play with ease and always land on the right notes.
A kalimba crafted from eco-friendly and sustainable materials
The kalimba is a percussion instrument with the advantage of being very simple in design. In fact, there are no plastics or chemical materials here. You’ll find only steel and pure wood, sanded smooth and then protected with a natural wax. The result is an instrument that’s simple, effective, and environmentally friendly.
