Behind the name Vybeshift is Roni Yohanan, a musician based in Los Angeles, California, in the United States. According to public information about her, she was born in 2001 and describes herself as a “handpan musician, breathwork facilitator and sound healer,” meaning that, in addition to playing this metal percussion instrument, she leads sessions focused on relaxation and unwinding through breathwork and sound. As her talent drew attention, she also collaborated with major handpan names such as Malte Marten and Johann Immanuel, often playing for several dozen minutes in a zen, meditative atmosphere. Still within this relaxation-oriented world, she has collaborated with Bobay Beats (Still With Me), PAN BEATS/Hannes Schurig (Maya, Flower), Lukas Prautsch, Tim Paters, and Vincent Slot. In Los Angeles, she has also formed a duo called Guy x Roni with Israeli-American guitarist Guy Kopelman. The duo performs at weddings, rooftop evenings, and corporate events in the area.
In spring 2026, Vybeshift has around 69,000 monthly listeners on Spotify and just over 1,300 followers on her artist profile. Her YouTube channel @vybeshift publishes weekly handpan meditation sessions. What is the discography of Roni Yohanan, the hang drum player?
Although Vybeshift only discovered the handpan recently, her discography is already impressive. In fourteen months, between early 2025 and spring 2026, Vybeshift released one EP and more than a dozen singles. Released on March 14, 2025, the EP is titled “The First Light” and includes six tracks: Heart of the Ocean, Flames, Visions of Time, Ecstatic Dance, The First Light, and Eternity. It has now passed 230,000 streams on Spotify, showing clear interest from her audience.
As for solo singles, her 2025 and 2026 releases include Remembering (October 2025, around 224,000 streams), Unfolding (December 2025), CHILDREN OF LIGHT (January 2026, with Lukas Prautsch), FUJI IN FALL (February 2026, with Lukas Prautsch), Emerging From The Ashes (March 2026, with Gabriel Logan Braun), and Held By Water (April 2026). Several of her tracks also appear on compilations, including Healing Frequencies 2, Channeled (Live & Improvised at Meraki Cocoon), and Healing My Senses (Live & Improvised). Her most-streamed track to date, Quiet Within (1111 Hz), created with Malte Marten, has surpassed 330,000 plays on Spotify.
