French-Crafted Kalimba

Share the love with this thumb piano

In this thumb piano model, a heart is cut directly from the wooden body of the instrument. Crafted with care, it’s then attached to one of the kalimba’s bridges, turning it into a real pendant. You can easily detach this heart and use it as you wish, such as to embellish a handbag, a keychain, or even to create a necklace. That makes this instrument a lovely gift for a special occasion, such as an anniversary or Valentine’s Day. It’s sure to be a hit every time!

A luxurious wooden instrument from Occitania

As a perfectionist, Sébastien was determined to produce kalimbas of the highest quality. That’s why he decided to use solid laminated ash wood to craft the body of his instrument. A noble wood par excellence and very attractive to the eye, ash has a certain aesthetic nobility that makes it a preferred choice for creating luxury furniture, while also offering superb acoustic qualities.

Trust a French cabinetmaker

A true expert in woodworking and wood transformation, Sébastien offers his craftsmanship in another field he particularly enjoys: music. The fusion of these two passions led him to create this magnificent kalimba. When you purchase this finger piano, you’ll receive a true gem of craftsmanship, made with love and finished to perfection.

Easy to use and suitable for everyone

It’s no coincidence that the kalimba is known as a thumb piano. Each of the instrument’s steel keys corresponds to a single musical note, just like on a regular piano keyboard. This ensures that when you pluck the keys, you will produce the desired note perfectly, making it hard to hit a wrong note. What’s more, the mbira is a gift that is suitable for both adults and children, who love how easy it is to use and how it allows them to compose and play songs right away.
